The True Father’s Coronation

The True Father’s Coronation

The True Father returns home
prays and collapses on his bed:
another day of giving one hundred percent;
his 90-year-old legs aching, trembling,
his throat hoarse,
his spirit & body squeezed out like a sponge –
the disciples quenched,
their cups overflowing,
hardly knowing the cost.

The True Father will resurrect again in the morning,
after a few meager hours of sleep,
and with an all-consuming grin
be ready for his next crucifixion.

No more, no more,
let him now rest my friends –
time to celebrate his life
and yield to him a Crown,
time to take up
our own Crosses.
